Hello Beauties! I'm the owner of Chic & Mane Studio - a passionate hair artist, educator, and a proud mom of two amazing boys! As well as married to my high school sweetheart 8 years and counting! I believe that my love for hair and education is something that has always kept the fire burning! I am committed to sharing my knowledge with everyone who allows me! Whether you're a client or a fellow hair artist, I strongly believe that education is the key to success in this industry, and I am determined to make sure that everyone who comes and sits in my chair or takes my courses leaves with more than just a great hairstyle or technique. CANCELLATION POLICY
I am committed to providing exceptional customer service, and I believe in maintaining open communication with my clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I have implemented the following policies: 1. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. I understand that clients may need to adjust their schedules, and I am willing to accommodate such requests to the best of my abilities. 2. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. I kindly ask for your understanding as this time frame makes it challenging to fill the appointment slot. 3. All deposits paid for the appointment are lost after two reschedules. Please understand it’s hard to keep changing your appointment consecutively. I completely understand that emergencies can arise, and I am willing to make exceptions in such cases. Please reach out to me as a courtesy, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
